Starbucks Mermaid 1971 Logo Action Figure - Handmade toy
Yes, this was the original Starbucks logo from 1971-1987. And yes, it is a naked 2 tailed mermaid lifting her tails in the air. She is a siren, a mythological sea creature from Greek mythology that lured unsuspecting seafarers with her beauty and enchanted singing. The idea in the 1970's was to lure caffeine addicts to their store with this provocative logo. Over time the logo was simplified and given a "G" rating. With this action figure you can celebrate the coffee mermaid in her true, original form, a true piece of Starbucks history!
This is a very unique and extremely rare handmade action figure sealed in quality packaging. Many hours were spent on this piece to produce the final product you see here. Careful attention to details are apparent from the overall packaging right down to the facial construction and painting of the figure. Truly a one-of-a-kind piece of collectable memorabilia. The figure itself is fully poseable but is sealed in a plastic bubble to keep it in mint condition. The card back printed on high quality card stock is as good if not better than what you will find with any mass produced toy. This piece will enhance any toy collection and sure to be a huge head turner. Also makes the perfect gift for the toy connoisseur in your life.
Note: This is more of an art piece rather than an actual toy and therefore is not intended to be opened, just for display. But if you purchase it you can do what you want with it, its yours after all, I'm just sayin...

Q: Why did you destroy all of these perfectly working video games, are you some kind of crazy person?
A: I only use non working video game parts in my creations. If I get a hold of something that works or if I can fix it easily then I will not make art out of it. The crazy part is debatable.

A: Nintendo NES, Super Nintendo, N64, Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo Wii and Wii U, Playstation 1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Atari 2600, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast and others. Let me know if you want me to use a system or controllers not mentioned here, I can most likely find it.
Q: Where do you get all of the video games?
A: Rummage sales, auctions, and video game stores who want to get rid of their broken stuff.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
